Born in Colchester, England, Katherine has always had a strong passion for the arts. Through being introduced initially with the operatic arts in Germany as a child, she grew to love the stage and the many possibilities of play that it provided.
Katherine trained in England at The University of Reading, Berkshire and The Vancouver Film School. She has had many opportunities to work on a variety of stage performances including Macbeth and has also created a few short films of her own. This will be Katherine's directorial debut.
Katherine is expecting her first child, with husband Scott Folkers, in March and was excited to take on this wonderful and exciting challenge whilst being pregnant!
